Visiting

May Street is a neighborhood street where people live, so we ask a few small things of everyone who comes by.

  • Tune to 87.9 FM

The music comes through your car radio. There are no outdoor speakers.

  • Dim your headlights

Switch to parking lights once you stop, so you and the cars behind you can see the show.

  • Keep the radio at a normal volume

Windows down is fine. Just keep it at a level the houses nearby won't hear.

  • Park across from the house

Parking is directly across the street from the house. Please don't block driveways or mailboxes, and keep the lane open for people who live here.

The display

Every bulb in the yard is a pixel that can be any color. A computer runs the show, changing each one up to 40 times a second in time with the music.

Look for the mega tree and its star, the matrix on the house, two singing trees, four arches, candy canes, a peppermint spinner, a row of peace stakes, mini trees, snowflakes, icicles, and the roof and windows outlined in light.
